Dear Friends,
Persephone Bakery is transitioning to its fall schedule.
From October 22 until Thanksgiving, Bread, Cookies, and Cardamom Rolls are available. We will be baking every Thursday. Products can be purchased as of Thursday afternoon at the Bakery.
Our products, other pastries, and coffee will continue to be served at our coffee shop Tuesday through Saturday from 9 - 4.
Products are also available at the Coos Head Food Co-op and at the Natural Grocers in Coos Bay. We will deliver fresh goods every Friday before noon.
The Bakery will be on winter break in December and resume baking in January. The coffee Shop will be open and offer our cookies.
If you would like to pre-order bread or other products for Thanksgiving or bread to freeze for December, please let me know by November 15.

Persephone Bakery is born of the alchemy of arts, philosophy, science, and passion for bread and pastry.
Our mission is to bring health and beauty to our community. This website serves only as an informational bulletin board, but not as a means of communication, which we prefer to do in person.
We make everything in-house and from scratch, from the finest, and for the most part, organic ingredients.
Organic Sourdough Artisan Bread is available every Friday at our shop at SeaCoast Gardens. You can pre-order by calling (541) 808- 2500. Bread and cookies are also available at the Coos Head Food Co-op and at Natural Grocers on Fridays after 11 AM.
